THE CAREER DECISION LAB
In order to change, you need to change how you decide.
by
The Career Decision Lab is a self-paced program, delivered as four Drops, you're undecided between two or more options and don't know which one is right.
This program gives you structure and pace, not motivation.
Each Drop breaks down why you keep deciding the way you do, and gives you a clear way to choose next time.
In short, this is focused work, done at your pace.
What is the Career Decision Lab?
from CONFUSED THINKING —> to STRUCTURE.
The main aim is to make you stop treating every career choice like an Sherlock Holmes’ mistery.
The Career Decision Lab works through your own past decisions, and not hypotheticals “what ifs”, one Drop at a time.
Nobody is going to hand you an answer. You leave each Drop with a page built from your own evidence, and by the end, a complete Decision File.
BY THE END OF THE LAB, YOU'LL HAVE ONE DECISION MADE ON YOUR OWN EVIDENCE, NOT YOUR MOOD THAT WEEK.
WHEN YOU JOIN THE LAB, YOU GET:
Why self-paced works
WORK THROUGH IT AT YOUR OWN PACE.
Career decisions rarely wait for a convenient hour, so the Lab doesn't ask you to show up at one.
Each Drop is built to be done in a single sitting,
They take ~60 minutes each, using two real decisions from your own history as the evidence. You can do all four back to back, or space them out over a few weeks. The material doesn't expire and doesn't move on without you.
What doesn't change: every exercise uses your own past decisions, not hypotheticals what-ifs, so what you end up with is something you can trust, because you watched it come out of your own career patterns.
AND WHY THIS MATTERS NOW?
Most people only build structure after they've already made a career choice, usually after it's gone wrong. By then though you’re
Remember: waiting is costing you more than joining!
WHO IS THIS FOR
The program is for you if:
You keep asking yourself the same career question and can't land on an answer
You're doing fine at work, but you don't trust your own judgement on this the way you used to
You're considering real options and don't know what should actually decide it
You've changed roles before and watched the same problem follow you
More time hasn't clarified anything, and you don't expect it to now
Remember: Doing nothing is also a decision… that you are likely making by a default, not on purpose.
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE 1to1 CAREER CLARITY PROGRAM
This is not a lighter version of 1 to 1 support. It exists to solve a different problem. Career decisions feel personal, but the mistakes people make are very repetitive.
Career Decision Lab
Self-paced material, worked through in your own time
Learn how career decisions should be made
Focus on logic, structure, and recurring patterns
No customisation to your specific situation
No advice on what to choose
You leave the Lab knowing how to think through and make career decisions, not what to do.
1 to 1 Career Clarity program
1to1 Private sessions with me
Applied and tailored directly to your situation
We work on specific career options, trade offs, and direction
Higher depth, commitment, and personal involvement
You leave the 1:1 programme with a custom plan for your unique situation.
Many women do the Lab first because they don't want to enter 1:1 still confused. Others use the Lab as a self-paced investment when the issue is the quality of their decision.

Module 1:
WHY CAREER DECISIONS BREAK UNDER PRESSURE
Why most career decisions are made under fatigue and pressure, why this leads to relief-seeking choices, and why changing roles without clear criteria keeps recreating the same problems.
Deliverable: Decision File: your written decision criteria list.
Module 2:
THE FILTERS MOST PEOPLE ARE MISSING WHEN CHOOSING
Why feeling lost comes from missing decision filters, how values, strengths, and identity shape every choice, and why deciding without them leads to repeated misalignment.
Deliverable: Decision File: your values, strengths, and identity snapshot.
Module 3:
EXHAUSTION, BOUNDARIES, AND THE CAREER PATTERNS YOU KEEP REPEATING
Why decisions made in exhaustion fail, how boundary patterns create burnout, and why changing jobs without addressing these patterns leads to the same outcome.
Deliverable: Decision File: one named boundary and a planned assertive action.
Module 4:
HOW TO EVALUATE CAREER OPTIONS WITHOUT GUESSING
Deliverable: Decision File: a filled skills map against one real target role. File complete.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
No.
The Lab teaches you how career decisions get made and gives you the tools to run your own.
The 1 to 1 programme applies that directly to your specific situation, with me. Many people do the Lab first, then move to 1 to 1 once they know decision quality, not effort, is the issue. -
Yes, during office hours. You won’t get 1 to 1 tailored advice though.
The Lab is self-paced material you work through on your own. If you want to bring questions on the material, live Office Hours run every two weeks and are included, no cohort or schedule required. -
No.
Most people start the Lab without a clear decision in front of them yet.
Each Drop works from decisions you've already made, not the one you're currently stuck on, so you don't need to have anything figured out first. -
No, and that's deliberate.
The Lab teaches the pattern, not your specific situation.
Everything you build inside it, the criteria, the Decision File, comes from your own history, but the material itself is the same for everyone. Personalisation is what the 1 to 1 programme is for. -
You have a complete four-page Decision File, one page per Drop, built from your own evidence.
The material stays yours to revisit any time you're facing a new option. Nothing expires and nothing gets taken away.
